Savate and Canne Classes in Cambridge

Savate

Classes for adults of all levels, beginner to advanced, run every Monday in the Sports Hall at St Bedes School, Birdwood Road, Cambridge, from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Members with their own gloves and mouth gloves are welcome to join the sparring session from 8:00pm to 8:30pm.

Classes run every Wednesday from 7pm to 8:30pm in the Gym, at St Bede's School, Birdwood Road, Cambridge. Classes are a mixture of attacking and defensive drills, cardio work, pad work, and sparring.
 

Canne de Combat

Our Canne de Combat classes are open to all levels, from beginner to seasoned competitor. Classes for beginners run every Tuesday from 7pm to 8pm.

Contact us for intermediate and advanced level training for Savate and Canne athletes interested in competing or to join our Squad cardio sessions on Saturday mornings.
